Please make sure that you are posting in the form of scnner question. I am glad I got this product and would recommend it even to folks I know. Its very quietand doesn't shake my whole desk while printing like the HP's i've had do, it can print actual not lightscribe pictures on printable CD's, can print directly off a memory card, has a scanner, and has a top paper loader.
